Responses: 14

Overview
What a nice feeling this week was! A nice, comfy, non-stressful win! We were supposed to beat the Browns and the team made sure they did not look past them! Caleb had a great game, D.J had a great game, and so did the defense. Fans were obviously feeling positive this week, and everyone is ready for the Packers!

Satisfaction with the team’s performance
1=Extremely dissatisfied, 5=Extremely satisfied

Average satisfaction rating: 4.5
Last week’s rating: 3.14

Mood meter

After a blowout win this week, fans were obviously feeling good! Fired up was the main emotion that was felt by fans this week. The fan that selected frustrated, I want to hear from you!

Confidence tracker (Coach & QB)
Fans were asked to rate the confidence they had in both the coach and QB, on a scale from 1-5 (with 5 being extremely confident).

Average confidence rating of Ben Johnson: 4.86
Last week’s rating: 4.78

Average confidence rating of Caleb Williams: 4.5
Last week’s rating: 4.14

Confidence in Ben Johnson is almost as high as it can be! The confidence in Caleb was higher than the week before, as he had a great game against a tough Cleveland defense.

Team trend

Not much surprise here, with most fans feeling that the team is trending up. The team finally had a blowout, comfy win. I know that Cleveland was missing some players on defense, but it was still impressive to see the offensive performance in this game. I would love to hear from the fan who feels the team is trending down!

Favorite (or not so favorite) moment of the game!
The most cited moment by fans this week was the amazing touchdown pass to DJ Moore in the back of the end zone. Absolutely ridiculous play. Fans also cited the interception from Jaylon Johnson. I personally did not even understand what happened on the play till about five seconds later. One fan mentioned Luther Burdens injury, as well as Swifts second touchdown run. Here are some quotes from the fans regarding this question:

  • “JJ ripping that ball away for the INT. That’s a straight dagger to the heart”.
  • “It’s a toss up between the insane TD throw to Moore and JJ’s interception in the endzone”.
  • “The pass to DJ in the back of the endzone. Ridiculous throw by Caleb”.

I know that Caleb still has a lot of growth in front of him, but it is such a great sign that he is mentioned as weekly as he is when it comes to who stood out. Most of those mentions fall into the positive criteria. It was great to see a D.J Moore game as well, he deserves it in my opinion! The Luther Burden show continues to pick up steam, and I am so bummed that he is hurt now, I hope he comes back soon!

Playoff hopes?

The green graphic here and the orange graphic almost swapped compared to last week. This win has fans feeling a lot more confident in our playoff chances. I think if we lost this game, it would have put so much more pressure on these final games.

Temperature check on the season
Asked to describe their feelings about the season, fans were feeling extremely positive. I am going to get right to it and share some of the responses:

  • “It is so wonderful to have something fun to look forward to!”
  • “Best feeling I’ve had in along time”
  • “We’ve got our head coach and our QB!”
  • “Impressive how they’ve grown as a team”.
  • “Dream-like”

What do you want to tell the Bears?
Fans were asked to share a message to anyone associated with the Bears or the team itself. Below are some responses this week:

  • “Caleb — you’re learning how to be a winner at the NFL level. Make everyone else around you successful”
  • “Keep up the good work! I’ve never been so excited for bears football”
  • “Jahae Walker.. it’s your time to shine against the pack in week 16. Next man up is you! Time to ball out! BEAR DOWN!”

Final note
This game was very much a sigh of relief! There was talk about it being a trap game, where we overlook an opponent or are too focused on the Packers coming back around. It felt so good to be able to not stress much at all throughout the game, that felt different!

With that being said, I am so freaking excited for this game. Bring on the rematch! Bear Down!
